For me, it's got to be Bibimbap! From marinating the chicken, getting the right temperature to make you veggies still crunchy & remain hot after you've cooked everything! :-)
Also, I've learnt to cook many different dishes! (Some are self taught via youtube / learnt from my family)
Here are some dishes I've made before!
- Prawns w/ homemade sauce
- Broccoli w/ oyster sauce
- ABC Soup
- Cream based ham/bacon spaghetti or penne
- semi soupy winter melon (i can't name it right)
- Vegetables Pancake
- Bibimbap
- Japanese Curry w/ Chicken Cutlet
etc... including baking :-) what about you?
