
No matter what you do, you have to keep in mind that what you are feeling right now is temporary. Do not be afraid to reach out and ask for professional help. While asking your friends for tips can be helpful, there are people who are trained to help those finding themselves in this situation! I hope what you're feeling now goes away soon and you are able to keep your head as high as possible and come out of this situation as a stronger and better person as it will force you to face your deepest demons and conquer things you did not realize you even had the strength to do!
