Following on from the 'Relaxation' post given by Harriet , if anyone needs a place to escape to and just hear calming background noises (you get to choose which ones), then you can create your own relaxing atmosphere/environment with this amazing website linked below. Please make sure your volume is loud enough for you to hear. You just need to click on any of the icons you want (can have as many as you want activated), and their individual volumes can be adjusted to your liking.
