So Of Mice & Men will be dropping Live At Brixton this friday in Australia, I had my copy pre-ordered since the announcement and I can't wait! I am curious on how a live album will be like. Have you owned a live album? What are your thoughts?

I mean....they're OK but I wouldn't choose to listen to one. It's so annoying when I have an artist on shuffle on spotify and their live albums come on :///

I absolutely love live album!! BUT! Only when i am in the mood for them!, As Armset said, I dont like it when they come on whilst in shuffle. But when i have them on from start to finish, i absolutely love it, makes you feel like your reliving the experience :)

It eerly depends on the occasion.
Sometimes I feel sentimental and feel like I want to see the band's emotions on stage, the crowd, etc.
F.e I love Volbeat's performance LIVE at Wacken 2007, or Nirvana's MTV Unplugged...
Yet again, when I'm shuffling music, it's annoying if they pop up.

Definitely! Nirvana Unplugged, Pulse by Pink Floyd and a lot more! Live albums capture the atmosphere of being there youself. :)
