
I absolutely HATE working out but the world wants me to have a beautiful hot body so I do Taekwondo!!! Or on weeks I skip taekwondo, I do sit-ups and walks!!!!

used 2 hate exercising but now i run for 45 mins every morning
and currently i'm following this schedule

I keep myself maintained by doing a 30-minute walk every day than some weights. not too overboard with the weights, though.
