Effective from 27th April 2016, the Sitewide Infraction System (SIS) is live on HabboBites aiming to sanction users whom fail to abide with the Rules and/or Terms of Service of the website. The SIS is implemented in conjunction with the existing Report System and are monitored by our onsite Moderators.

How does the SIS work?
Under the SIS, users whom accumulate three (3) Infractions will have their account suspended. Please refer to the undermentioned flowchart for illustration.



Basis of Infraction
Infractions are issued to users who do not abide by the Rules and/or the Terms of Service of our website. Infractions may also be issued to users who abuses the report functionality on the website.

Basis of Account Suspension
Account suspension will automatically be effective upon accumulating three (3) infractions. Our Moderators may also suspend your account directly if you have performed any extreme acts.

Appealing/Resetting of Infraction
You may contact Funkyhabbo if you believe that you have been infracted by mistake. All infractions will reset after three (3) months since the LAST infraction.

Appealing/Lifting of Suspension
Under the SIS, accounts suspended upon accumulation of three (3) infractions will last indefinitely.

You may request for your account to be unsuspended if you find it unjust or one (1) month after your date of suspension by contacting Funkyhabbo.

Please be reminded that creating of duplicated HabboBites account is not allowed, and such account will be suspended as well.

Update: Accumulating infractions will no longer auto-suspend your account.

However, your infraction count will determine the possible actions towards your account (including a suspension).

More serious issues will receive an immediate suspension.
