For me, it would have to be revolution, which was an American post-apocalyptic science fiction television series that ran from September 17, 2012 until May 21, 2014; it was cancelled by NBC in May 2014. The show takes place in the post-apocalyptic near-future of the year 2027, 15 years after the start of a worldwide, permanent electrical-power blackout in 2012, which starred Billie Burke. I miss it a lot and hope one day it comes back!

I don't have one that has been "cancelled", but I have watched a TV show which ran only for one season but wasn't renewed further. Worst thing about it is that it ended with a cliffhanger and the show was so good and I was left like wtf??????????????? Can't remember the name now though unfortunately but I have the playlist of the show saved on Youtube.
