My friend might have to become vegan, and I'm thinking about joining her as support. Are there any vegans on this site? If so, do any of you have any good recipes you'd be willing to share? Any good brands?

I'm not a vegan but I've heard tofu and almond milk are essentials when it comes to a vegan diet. I watch a youtuber who happens to be a vegan and sometimes she posts about her vegan diet.

My friend was once a vegan and she used to have an Instagram account specially to post pictures of really aesthetic delicious-looking fruit platters lmao. From my own limited experience I'm not too sure what I can share - but I guess salads! Experiment with sauces and find some that really pack a kick and appeal to your taste buds. Also tofu is delicious ANY WAY yumz.
