Seeing as cheese is such a popular food item often used in Western cooking, I'd like to see what everyone's favourite type is! Whether it's the type of cheese you most like to eat as a single item, or the type of cheese you most like to incorporate into your meals, please share! :)

My favourites are parmesan and mozzarella because I love the lightness of parmesan when grated and mozzarella would be my choice of cheese for a pizza topping!

Chesdale and Kraft i think? I always buy cheese by recognising the packing LOL not its name. (I even try to google it LMAO)

mozzarella, cheddar, blue cheese (esp. roquefort) and parmesan... that was the shortest list i could make. i love cheese too much lol. i'm eating cheese atm actually

I love all the cheese,  I think my fave is feta, goat, old cheddar and parmesan .. but I don't think i've ever had a cheese I dislike.

blue cheese! it's an aquired taste. sure the smell is ew but it tastes heavenly
