So we know Mcdonalds' menu items differ from country to country. 

What are some of the items the Mcdonalds in your country sell?

In Australia, I find the menu very limited but they've been introducing some new items on the menu more.

We have Loaded Fries which have two available options ; Guacamole Salsa and Bacon and Cheese.

Personally, the guacamole loaded fries are much more better than bacon and cheese as the latter tastes too "fake", probably from the plastic cheese that they use. When I get guacamole fries I get no salt on my fries either because I find that it tastes way too salty.

In Malaysia, we have Bubur Ayam McD which is basically chicken congee. I've been to Dubai and their McArabia (pita bread sandwich) is really good.

angus premium deluxe... there's also like other two or three "angus" burgers. it has to do with the meat it's verified angus we are very srs about  our meat idk if it's elsewhere. do tell me.
