I always have one! Does anyone know any solutions on how to get rid of it?
I blow my nose and don't have a cold but it keeps coming back, HELP!

put a towel over your head and a small pot of boiling water!!! the steam helps

I get this too sometimes and it is the most infuriating thing! I use something called Olbas Oil to help unblock my nose. You basically drop a tiny amount of it into a tissue or something and just inhale the scent through your nose for a while. Eventually, your nose should unblock.
Also breathing in boiling water vapour seems to work for me if you do not have access to Olbas Oil.

I don't really want a pot of boiling water on my desk. :/

try sniff something strong like eucalyptus or something idk

I usually apply tiger balm below my nose! Works like boiling water vapour.

I just shove tissue into my nose LMAO and it works sometimes. I always feel better after shoving tissue into it
