
Well actually, what I meant by early is 11pm HAHAHA I realise I have been sleeping at 3-4am these days and it is really unhealthy.. I can feel my body getting weaker sigh So I'm hoping that someone could save me from this vicious cycle ASAP!! Especially since mid-years examinations are coming up and I believe that sleeping would help to boost my concentration!!! In short, HELP ME SLEEP MORE CRIES

apparently taking a hot bath is good so take one around 9-10? and then go to sleep

Don't eat after 7pm, also try to tire yourself out during the day so when the time comes to sleep you'll be exhausted. Also you can try meditation. It helps with sleep sometimes!

Someone said not to eat past 7pm but for me, If I eat till I'm really full I enter a food coma which always makes me sleepy :-)
